OUR WORKFLOW

Our team specializes in textured walls, faux marbling, hand-painted artworks, brand signage, and murals, all crafted with exceptional detail and quality.

Step 1: Initial Contact

Provide your project details, including site address, scope of work, and estimated construction timeline. This information allows us to understand your requirements clearly and establish efficient communication from the outset.

Step 2: Showroom Consultation

Visit our showroom to experience our textures and finishes firsthand. During this session, we offer tailored recommendations based on your project requirements and the materials selected.

Step 3: Material & Texture Selection

We conduct a detailed review of your project to identify the most suitable finishes. Clients first select the texture, followed by the color. For customized solutions, please provide spatial information, budget, and design preferences, enabling us to create a proposal aligned with your vision.

Step 4: Quotation

Please share project drawings, including floor plans and 3D renderings. Once the scope and application areas are confirmed, we provide a comprehensive quotation based on surface area, selected materials, and project complexity.

Step 5: Sampling

Following texture and color confirmation, we prepare official samples for approval. Sample production typically requires 1–2 weeks.

Step 6: Contract Signing

Upon final sample approval, the contract is signed by both parties. A deposit is required before confirming the project schedule.

Step 7: Site Preparation Requirements

Substrate Preparation (at 25°C / 60% humidity):

• Substrates must be fully dry, dust-free, and free of moisture or salt stains.

• Mold must be treated appropriately; efflorescence and peeling paint should be removed.

• Standard walls: contractor to apply base plaster and ensure a smooth finish.

• Wooden or gypsum board substrates: joints must be glued and taped, and base plaster applied across the surface.

• One layer of diluted water-based sealer or primer (applied with brush or roller) is required.

Note: Kwan’s Palette does not provide substrate preparation services. Contractors are responsible for ensuring surfaces are ready for texture application.

Step 8: Project Scheduling

To prevent contamination or workflow conflicts:

• Large-scale texture works should follow the completion of painting, ideally during the final painting stage.

• Smaller texture works should be scheduled at the end of the construction timeline.

Please provide entry/exit dates for carpentry and painting teams and the schedule of subsequent works to allow us to confirm an optimal timeline.

and intricate color blending. We provide one complimentary small-scale touch-up before handover.

• Large-scale or post-handover touch-ups will incur additional charges.

• Texture finishes rely on a stable substrate; damages from cracks in the base surface are not covered under warranty.

• Professional repair services are available upon request. Please send photos for an initial assessment, and we will provide a quotation and schedule repairs promptly.
